Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions", "Terms and Policies") carefully before using the website (www.mesaboogie.com), the Support Center or Online Store operated by MESA/Boogie Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
MESA/Boogie products are sold and serviced by Dealers & Distributors in more than 50 countries. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the MESA/Boogie's online store our our Customer Support Department, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
Parts & Accessories necessary to maintain, service or customize MESA/Boogie products are available through our Network of Authorized Dealers & Distributors and (if a resident of the United States) more commonly requested parts & accessories may also be found on our Online Store. Those items not found online can often still be obtained by US residents through a Dealer or our Customer Support Department.
MESA/Boogie does not sell direct to residents of countries serviced by a MESA Distributor. If outside the United States, please check here to see if you may be supported by one of our Distributors. Should you not have a local authorized MESA Dealer or live in a country not serviced by a Distributor, feel free to contact us to order MESA parts.
Pricing for products sold by MESA/Boogie Ltd. is displayed and collected in U.S. dollars. Our Dealers & Distributors will most likely conduct business in the current of their country. From country to country, pricing is affected by many things that are beyond the control of Mesa/Boogie Ltd such as, significant differences in shipping costs, currency exchange rate fluctuations, duties/taxes, governmental safety/performance requirements, logistical and warehousing costs involved with providing local inventory along with all of the associated costs of providing professional sales, marketing and service representation by a local INDEPENDENT Distributor and its Dealer & Warranty Service Network. Local pricing is established by each countries authorized INDEPENDENT Distributor, based upon the reality of all the costs mentioned above. If you have additional questions or comments about the pricing in your country, please contact your local Distributor for greater detail or explanation.
We fully expect that you’ll be 100% satisfied your MESA/Boogie product(s) but if for any reason you are not, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with a RMA number and instructions for how to return items from your order. You may return a product for refund or exchange within 30 days so long as the product is still in new condition with all of the original packaging, any accessories and documentation that were included when you received it. PLEASE NOTE, there is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Special orders, custom orders and shipping charges are not refundable.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can only accept online orders from U.S. residents and ship within the United States at this time. We ship via UPS. For International Orders, please contact your local Distributor or submit a request to MESA Customer Support if there is no Distributor for your country.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Items not in stock will be placed on back order and shipped upon availability. You will be notified if an item is back-ordered and may cancel your order if you choose. We will provide a tracking number for a shipment once the order has processed and shipped.
Taxes, Duties & Fees
Unless a resident of California, MESA Boogie does not collect taxes, import duties or customs fees associated with a direct sale. These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the purchaser and payment may be required by local authorities before shipments will be released by customs agents or government officials for delivery.
MESA/Boogie, Ltd. provides a Warranty on products sold only within the US and Canada and only to customers who physically reside and use the products within those borders. Warranty on products sold outside of the US and Canada are provided by local Authorized MESA/Boogie Distributors, who typically reside within the country or a bordering country. The terms and conditions of those Warranty policies are provided by the Authorized MESA/Boogie Distributor, not MESA/Boogie Ltd.

Modification of Products
MESA/Boogie shall have the sole right to change the design of Products or terminate the production of Products as its business judgment requires and without liability to Dealers, Distributors, Service Centers or End Users.
We do our utmost to respond to inquiries within 72 hours of submission but please keep in mind our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST and we are generally closed for major holidays. International inquiries may be forwarded to a MESA Distributor’s support staff for response.
Right of Refusal
MESA/Boogie reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion and within the limitations of U.S. Federal laws and the laws of the State of California.
California law shall govern these terms and any dispute arising out of or in any way relating to our terms and policies.
Changes in agreement
Mesa/Boogie Ltd. reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms and policies at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
